Antiochus IV had great power in Daniel 8:24 – the Son of Perdition will have even greater power as he is the son of the Father of Perdition and will also be possessed by Satan (biological father of the Son of Perdition which will be addressed soon hereafter) Daniel 11:39, 2 Thessalonians 2:9 and Revelation 13:7-8.  The MAN of sin, Son of Perdition will be possessed by Satan which is why they are called 'two horns of a lamb' in Revelation 13:11. Horns means powers. They are wolves in sheep's clothing.

Antiochus IV received his power from Satan in Daniel 8:24 – the Son of Perdition will be empowered as well by Satan as told in Daniel 11:39, 2Thessalonians 2:9 and Revelation 13:2 and will by genetics have some of his own power (This will be addressed a bit later).

Antiochus IV destroyed thousands in Daniel 8:25 – the Son of Perdition will destroy many more as he sets out to destroy nations in Isaiah 10:7, Revelation 13:5-7, Revelation 16:13-16.

Antiochus IV prospered for a short time in Daniel 8:25 – the Son of Perdition also will prosper for he knows his time is short Revelation 12:12.

Antiochus IV persecuted God's people in Daniel 8:24 – the Son of Perdition too will set out to destroy God's people, the born again Christians, in Daniel 7:21,25 and Revelation 12:13

Antiochus IV was a deceiver in Daniel 8:25 – the Son of Perdition will be a master deceiver; 2 Thessalonians 2:9, Revelation 13:4,14 and 19:11.

Antiochus IV was prideful in Daniel 8:25 – the Son of Perdition will be prideful, boastful, arrogant to extremes Daniel 7:8, 11:20,25 and Revelation 13:5.

Antiochus IV blasphemed God in Daniel 8:25 – the Son of Perdition will as well in Daniel 7:25, 11:36.

Antiochus IV was not killed with human hands in Daniel 8:25 – the Son of Perdition also will not be killed with human hands 2 Thessalonians 2:8, Revelation 19:19-20 (see notes regarding the word 'taken' at the end of this document).

     The point here is that Antiochus IV Epiphanes is a foreshadow of the coming Son of Perdition. When the Son of Perdition is revealed, it will be on the 'image of the beast [kingdom]'. What is the image of the beast if not TVs, computers and smart phones which are known in the occult world as 'black mirrors' for spirit(s) can move freely through them and inhabit them. These black mirrors are the 'image of the beast' for they both speak and live.

     When the Son of Perdition is revealed he will be seen as being extremely handsome and charismatic; almost supernatural in appearance, pulling people to him. We know that Satan mimics all that Jesus does but
